IT Support Specialist

About the role

The IT Support Specialist provides technical assistance to global users, ensuring smooth onboarding, secure access, and reliable operation of core IT services. You will act as the first line of defense for hardware, software, and networking issues while continuously improving support processes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver day‑to‑day user support via Freshdesk tickets, email, and video calls for hardware, software, and network problems.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, access rights, and equipment provisioning.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (user management, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint) and Azure cloud resources.
• Configure and maintain VoIP systems, supporting potential migrations.
• Provide support for Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications, and create training material on the Zoho e‑learning platform.
• Install and manage software licenses and cloud services such as Adobe Suite.
• Offer basic support for AWS environments and ensure remote systems remain functional and secure.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Entra, and Exchange Online.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network layers.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to multitask, organize work, and follow documented processes.
