IT Helpdesk Analyst

About the role

Power Digital is seeking an IT Helpdesk Analyst to manage its ticketing system, provide day‑to‑day technical support, and ensure smooth operation of core collaboration tools. The role is based in the Buenos Aires Metropolitan area and includes participation in the company’s Cybersecurity committee.

Key responsibilities

• Track and resolve all IT support requests through the ticketing system, aligning work with KPI targets.
• Provide user support for Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and LastPass.
• Perform regular maintenance, updates, and security audits on IT systems and software.
• Manage hardware assets for Argentine users, including laptop inventory and provisioning.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation and assist with system access issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on compliance certification and cybersecurity initiatives.

Required profile

• Advanced spoken and written English proficiency.
• Based in the Buenos Aires Metropolitan (Conurbano) area.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently within a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to contribute to the Cybersecurity committee and compliance efforts.
