About the role

The IT Executive will act as a bridge between the sales function and operational teams within a surface transport company. You will engage with clients, develop new business opportunities, and ensure seamless order tracking and reporting.

Key responsibilities

Meet clients virtually or on‑site during sales visits.
Identify and establish new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate client and order records.
Review sales performance and prepare monthly MIS for management.
Negotiate contracts and service packages.
Collaborate closely with operational staff to meet customer expectations.
Track and trace active orders, providing proactive shipment status updates.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years experience in a surface transport company or a related industry.
Graduate degree with solid computer proficiency.
Good knowledge of the local market.
Effective communication and ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
