IT Environment Support Specialist

About the role

The Operations Subject Matter Expert will lead end‑to‑end vulnerability management across EY's infrastructure, applications, databases and cloud environments. The role ensures vulnerabilities are identified, assessed, prioritized and remediated while maintaining compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate vulnerability management activities across enterprise systems.
• Review and analyse vulnerability scan results, prioritising based on risk, severity and business impact.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, cloud, database teams and vendors to drive timely remediation.
• Monitor remediation progress, enforce SLA adherence and provide periodic metrics, dashboards and executive reports.
• Support internal and external audits by supplying evidence of vulnerability management controls.
• Act as escalation point for critical/high‑risk vulnerabilities and provide 24/7 on‑call support.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in a corporate IT environment, including operational/support service management (ITIL) and security compliance.
• Strong understanding of vulnerability management, CVSS scoring, CVE and risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience with .Net applications, Microsoft Azure, SQL/Oracle databases and ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work in a matrix organisation.
