About the role
The IT Administrator will be the first point of contact for users needing technical assistance. The position starts remotely and will transition to an on‑site role in CABA, Buenos Aires once a co‑working space is secured.
Key responsibilities
- Provide help‑desk support via phone, email, or ticketing system, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Deploy, install, and configure Windows and macOS operating systems and enterprise applications.
- Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system and ensure SLA compliance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; IT certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA A+) are a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a help‑desk or technical support role.
- Strong communication skills and customer‑service orientation.
