Internal Transformation Services Manager

About the role

EY is seeking an experienced Internal Transformation Services Manager to lead strategic projects, change initiatives and design‑thinking efforts for global executive leadership. This hybrid role in Buenos Aires offers the chance to work across cross‑functional teams and drive organizational growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership to align business objectives and guide teams toward successful outcomes.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships at C‑level, partner and functional head levels.
• Conduct rapid stakeholder assessments and provide insights to accelerate action.
• Develop and implement roadmaps for project management, change management and design‑thinking initiatives.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria; monitor progress and mitigate risks.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Approximately 10 years of management and consulting experience, preferably in a Big 4 or global organization.
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity, lead senior stakeholders and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Strong communication, presentation and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) and cross‑cultural awareness.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and practical application.
• Change management principles, models and hands‑on experience.
• Design‑thinking frameworks and tools.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, Change Management or Design Thinking (highly desirable).
