Internal Communications & Engagement Supervising Associate

About the role

This position sits within EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) team, supporting the Brand, Marketing and Communications function. The role focuses on creating and managing internal communications that translate complex finance and operations content into clear, engaging messages for employees across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Write, edit, produce and curate content for internal news articles, personnel announcements, newsletters, videos, reports, town‑hall materials and intranet pages.
• Project‑manage communications calendars, schedules and timelines across multiple initiatives, ensuring milestones are met.
• Develop and execute internal communications strategies and plans in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Interview stakeholders to gather information and draft a variety of deliverables.
• Track and report on metrics to assess the impact of communications activities.
• Design and launch initiatives that educate, engage and inspire employees, aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing and Shared Services teams to produce high‑quality communication assets.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of overall experience, with 7‑9 years in direct internal or employee communications (in‑house or agency).
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a related field.
• Strong ability to simplify complex finance and operations topics for diverse audiences.
• Excellent editorial judgment, attention to detail and adherence to EY brand standards.
• Proven project‑management skills, balancing competing demands and meeting deadlines.
• Sound judgment handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Willingness to share best practices and leverage innovative technologies.
