Internal Audit & SOX Compliance Analyst

About the role

Globant is seeking a senior Internal Audit & SOX Compliance Analyst to strengthen its internal control environment. You will work within an agile pod, collaborating with innovative professionals to align audit strategies with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the execution of the annual audit plan, including business understanding, risk assessment, and audit approach.
• Develop and support a robust internal control framework across the organization.
• Collaborate with leaders to align audit activities with corporate strategy and personnel infrastructure.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure SOX compliance and IT general controls are effectively implemented.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
• Experience in a Big Four firm or in companies with SOX compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to view processes from a big‑picture perspective.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
