About the role

We are seeking an Inbound Sales Specialist focused on the Latin American B2C market to drive user acquisition and build strategic partnerships. The role combines business development, community engagement, and performance‑driven sales to expand our user base across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential users and partners in the LatAm market.
• Build and nurture relationships with local communities, agencies, and influencers.
• Design and execute user‑acquisition campaigns across social media platforms.
• Guide new users through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth experience.
• Monitor performance metrics, track results, and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, user acquisition, partnerships, or community management.
• Strong understanding of the digital market and social media channels in Latin America.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.
