IAM SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an IAM SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer to configure, enhance, and support identity governance solutions that strengthen access management and compliance across the organization. You will collaborate closely with compliance and business stakeholders to drive governance initiatives and improve visibility into identity and access management practices.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and enhance SailPoint IdentityNow to support new identity governance use cases.
• Support and improve access certification campaigns for accuracy and efficiency.
• Contribute to role engineering efforts to reduce access sprawl and increase governance visibility.
• Partner with compliance teams to ensure IGA processes meet SOX, PCI‑DSS, and NIST‑aligned control testing.
• Document configuration changes and maintain operational runbooks.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on configuration experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (cloud IGA solution).
• Understanding of identity governance concepts such as access certification, role‑based access control, and joiner/mover/leaver lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills for working with compliance and business stakeholders.
