Human Resources Partner – Builder Experience (LatAm)

About the role

Amazon Web Services is looking for a Human Resources Partner to join the Builder Experience Team (BeXT) supporting AWS Builders across Latin America. You will act as a bridge between employees, managers and HR Business Partners, using data‑driven insights to improve the employee experience in both corporate offices and data‑center sites.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders, data‑center operations, and HR partners to design and implement HR strategies covering talent, performance, compensation and employee relations.
• Leverage Builder sentiment data and listening mechanisms to monitor trends, provide regular updates and recommend actions to site leadership.
• Conduct weekly Gemba Go‑See walks to engage directly with Builders and gather on‑the‑ground feedback.
• Translate sentiment and HR metrics into actionable plans that align with operational goals.

Required profile

• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to influence leaders at multiple levels.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Flexibility to travel across LATAM sites on a regular basis.

Required skills

• HR analytics and data interpretation.
• Experience with employee listening tools and sentiment analysis.
• Knowledge of HR policies, talent management and performance management processes.
