Human Resources Associate – Talent Acquisition

About the role

ZS is seeking a motivated Human Resources Associate to join its Talent Acquisition team. You will play a key part in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top talent for a range of experienced positions while collaborating closely with hiring managers and recruiters across offices.

Key responsibilities

• Source, pre‑screen and attract candidates for experienced hiring opportunities.
• Manage requisitions in the applicant tracking system, ensuring compliance and timely updates.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and advise on interview best practices.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, logistics, and candidate evaluations.
• Collect feedback from stakeholders and new hires to improve the recruiting lifecycle.
• Maintain recruiting databases for statistical analysis and reporting.
• Support additional recruiting projects and initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
• 1‑3 years of relevant recruiting experience.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Fluency in English and a client‑first mentality.
• Intense work ethic, collaborative spirit, and problem‑solving approach.
