HR Specialist

About the role

NCR Atleos is looking for a bilingual HR Support Representative to serve as the first point of contact for employees, managers, candidates, vendors, and other stakeholders. The role involves answering HR‑related questions through phone, email, chat, web requests, and in‑person interactions while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries about HR policies, procedures, and programs across multiple communication channels.
• Document and track all requests in HR systems, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Collaborate with HR specialists to resolve issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Support HR purchasing activities and maintain knowledge resources.
• Assist with I‑9 reverification, state separation notices, severance processing, and other payroll‑related tasks using Workday.
• Identify and suggest process improvements, providing feedback on knowledge articles.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency (English and another language).
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
