HR Business Partner – Technology Industry

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our global technology team. In this role you will act as a strategic partner to business units, providing HR expertise that drives performance, engagement, and compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct weekly meetings with business unit leaders to align HR initiatives with operational goals.
• Provide HR guidance and policy interpretation to line management.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
• Manage complex employee relations issues and lead thorough investigations.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and collaborate with the legal department as needed.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational restructures.
• Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
• Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure objectives are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the mobile or technology industry.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
