HR Business Partner

About the role

Gensler is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support its Argentina office. You will work closely with leaders and employees to deliver HR solutions that align with business objectives and foster a culture of inclusion and high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to design and implement HR programs covering benefits, compensation, retirement, mobility, and compliance.
• Act as a trusted advisor on talent matters, performance management, employee relations, and succession planning.
• Maintain HRIS data, conduct audits, and generate reports on turnover, retention, and engagement.
• Drive initiatives that promote belonging, inclusion, and employee well‑being.
• Facilitate staffing processes, onboarding, leave management, exits, and retirements.
• Educate employees on benefit programs and support the firm‑wide benefits team.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience acting as a cultural ambassador and driving inclusion programs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
