About the role
The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees the cleanliness and presentation of public areas, crew spaces, and the pool area within a luxury hospitality environment. This role ensures that all housekeeping activities meet the company’s safety, quality, and environmental standards while delivering a welcoming experience for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily cleaning operations for public areas, crew areas, and the pool area, both day and night shifts.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching to housekeeping staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to address guest service needs promptly.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Required profile
- Minimum of two years’ guest‑facing service experience in a luxury setting.
- Education equivalent to a high‑school diploma or comparable training/experience.
- Confident, well‑groomed appearance with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to fulfill all responsibilities and reasonable company requests.
