About the role

Precision Rathole is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our excavation team. You will operate a range of machinery on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

Operate dozers, excavators, and motorgraders on various job sites.
Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
Coordinate with site supervisors to follow project plans and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage and work performed.

Required profile

Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment.
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid certifications or licenses for operating the listed machinery, if required by local regulations.
