About the role
The Global Systems & Standards Senior communicates UPS's quality policy and ensures overall healthcare compliance for operations. The role advises on SOP development, trains QA personnel, and oversees quality document maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce compliance with UPS SCS site license requirements (DEL, MDEL, CDS, PCR).
- Facilitate and respond to internal, regulatory agency, and client audits.
- Create, revise, and approve controlled documents such as SOPs, work instructions, and forms.
- Investigate non‑conformances and develop proactive strategies to prevent recurrence.
- Provide quality and regulatory guidance to clients and internal staff.
- Support growth of new facilities, clients, and services, and participate in emergency response teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in Sciences.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or food industry.
- Preferred experience in Quality Assurance and QPIC/AQPIC designation.
- Ability to lead, assess risk, delegate tasks, and conduct performance reviews.
