Healthcare QA Supervisor

About the role

The Global Systems & Standards Senior at UPS leads the quality policy and objectives to maintain healthcare compliance across operations. This role advises on SOP development, reviews client and facility work instructions, trains QA personnel, and oversees quality documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce compliance with UPS SCS site license requirements (DEL, MDEL, CDS, PCR).
• Facilitate issue resolution, risk management, continuous improvement projects, and audit responses (internal, regulatory agencies, and clients).
• Create, revise, and approve controlled documents such as SOPs, work instructions, and forms.
• Conduct investigations, generate non‑conformance reports, and develop proactive strategies to prevent recurrence.
• Manage change control processes and provide regulatory guidance to clients and internal staff.
• Support expansion of facilities, clients, and services, and participate in environmental control and emergency response teams.
• Perform direct‑report duties including risk assessment, task delegation, performance evaluation, skills development, and career planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in Sciences.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or food industries.
• Background in Quality Assurance, preferably with QPIC/AQPIC designation.
• Ability to lead audits, manage documentation, and drive compliance initiatives.
