Healthcare Architecture BIM Captain

About the role

Ensemble is seeking an experienced Healthcare Architecture BIM Captain to lead BIM strategy and documentation for complex hospital and healthcare projects for international clients. The position is based in Argentina with a hybrid work model, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across the globe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM strategies, standards, and workflows for healthcare projects.
• Coordinate and manage architectural BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce high‑quality architectural documentation from concept design through construction documents.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project standards.
• Participate in coordination meetings and clash detection/resolution processes.
• Prepare drawings, schedules, technical documentation, and other project deliverables.
• Assist Project Managers and team leaders in achieving project goals, schedules, and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of experience on healthcare projects such as hospitals, medical centers, clinics, or ambulatory care facilities.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of BIM methodology and industry best practices.
• Experience developing architectural documentation from schematic design through construction documents.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in multidisciplinary teams.
• Solid knowledge of U.S. Building Codes and architectural standards.
• Valid passport and/or work visa for international travel is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Experience with Navisworks.
• Experience with BIM 360 (Autodesk Construction Cloud).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
