Head of Strategy & Planning – Argentina

About the role

As the Head of Strategy & Planning for Uber in Argentina, you will define and drive the country’s growth agenda, aligning it with regional priorities. You will work directly with the Argentina General Manager and senior leaders across Operations, Finance, Product, Marketing and other functions to translate strategy into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own Argentina’s long‑term business strategy, ensuring alignment with Latin America regional goals.
• Partner with functional leaders to set strategic priorities, identify new growth opportunities and shape investment decisions.
• Craft and communicate the country narrative to regional and global stakeholders, articulating market opportunity, challenges and resource needs.
• Lead high‑impact strategic initiatives, coordinating cross‑functional teams to accelerate execution.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance marketplace efficiency, planning and decision‑making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders across Engineering, Product, Finance, Corporate Development, Marketing and Operations.
• Model rigorous analytical thinking and a data‑driven approach while fostering a culture of ownership and speed.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, strategy, operations or a similar high‑growth environment.
• Proven track record of shaping and executing business strategy in a fast‑changing market.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to work with senior stakeholders.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
