About the role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Design to lead visual creation for our e‑commerce brands. This senior, hands‑on position combines strategic ownership with day‑to‑day design work, ensuring high‑quality product imagery, packaging, and advertising creatives.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and refine product imagery for product detail pages, packshots, and lifestyle scenes.
- Design packaging and occasional Meta/static advertising creatives.
- Generate AI‑based product and lifestyle images and create text‑in‑image compositions with strong typography.
- Review work from other designers, provide actionable feedback, and raise overall visual standards.
Required profile
- Strong experience in e‑commerce or commercial product design with a portfolio focused on product‑centric work.
- Excellent visual judgment, composition, typography, and attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude, able to suggest improvements without waiting for direction.
Required skills
- AI image‑generation and editing.
- Figma.
- Advanced image compositing and retouching workflows.
