Head of Argentina and Uruguay

About the role

Halter is seeking a senior commercial leader to launch and scale its operations in Argentina and Uruguay. Reporting to the VP of Commercial Strategy, you will own revenue targets, acquire the first customers, and build a high‑performance commercial organization from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Design, hire, and coach a regional sales, marketing, and customer success team.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for the cattle‑tech solution in both countries.
• Own revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial KPIs.
• Engage directly with farmers and ranchers in the field to understand needs and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with the New Zealand product team to influence roadmap based on local market feedback.

Required profile

• Proven track record of building and leading commercial teams in emerging markets.
• Deep understanding of the beef and cattle industry in South America.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a hands‑on leadership style.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
