GTM Engineer / AI Engineer

About the role

The Global Talent Co. is building an AI-fluent talent network and needs a GTM Engineer to architect the systems powering its growth. This is a high-ownership, high-impact, remote, full-time role working directly with the founders, where you will build the stack rather than manage an existing one.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and scale GTM systems across sales, marketing and product
• Build AI agents and workflows that automate key parts of the funnel
• Integrate tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot into a unified revenue system
• Turn product and user data into actionable growth signals
• Design workflows such as lead scoring, routing, outbound triggers and onboarding flows
• Define how AI is used across the customer lifecycle
• Partner with founders on growth strategy, experiments and priorities

Required profile

• Proven experience building systems that directly impacted growth or revenue
• Strong systems thinker with an end-to-end mindset
• Experience building workflows using APIs, automation tools or code
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, agents or LLM-powered workflows
• High ownership, moving quickly from idea to measurable impact
• Has built internal tools or automations that became critical to a business
• Understands how sales, marketing and product interact in practice
• Thrives in ambiguous, high-leverage environments

Required skills

• CRM platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce
• Automation tools: n8n, Zapier, Make
• LLM APIs and AI agent frameworks
• Light Python or scripting for custom integrations
• Familiarity with data pipelines and analytics
