Growth Strategy Senior Analyst

About the role

Fever is seeking a Growth Strategy Senior Analyst to lead high‑impact global projects that expand its entertainment market across up to 40 countries. You will work independently, managing a pipeline of projects that drive company performance and create new business streams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and design end‑to‑end solutions for global growth initiatives.
• Develop and manage new projects, workflows, and strategies across multiple markets.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance overall company performance.
• Define and implement strategies to increase performance using analytical and business skills.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Data Analytics.
• 3‑5 years of experience in business analytics, strategy consulting, investment banking or tech analytics.
• High proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
