Growth Strategy Manager – Portuguese Speaker

About the role

Fever is seeking a Growth Strategy Manager to lead its expansion in Brazil. You will own the growth roadmap, combine data, marketing and business development to drive revenue and partner success.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the business plan for key expansion areas and partners in the Brazilian market, influencing product prioritisation and revenue optimisation.
• Act as lead advisor to top‑tier strategic partners, leveraging Fever’s data and technology to help them grow.
• Turn complex data into actionable business cases and own key metrics such as CAC, LTV and ROI.
• Optimise new business streams and cross‑functional workflows to support rapid scaling.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to build business cases for local marketing and technology needs.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in an analytical business role (strategy consulting, fast‑growing startups or investment banking).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics or Strategy.
• Strong analytical and strategic decision‑making abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Proactive problem‑solver comfortable with ambiguity and high‑stakes decisions.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
