Growth Strategy Associate

About the role

Fever is the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, aiming to democratize access to cultural experiences. As a Growth Strategy Associate you will lead high‑impact global projects that expand Fever’s entertainment market across up to 40 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Independently design and implement end‑to‑end solutions for new business streams, workflows and strategies.
• Manage a pipeline of projects across multiple markets, focusing on creating new experiences and driving performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance overall company performance and define growth strategies.
• Analyze data to generate high business impact and support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, aeronautics) or a background in Maths, Statistics or Data Analytics.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analytics, strategy consulting, investment banking or analytics roles at top tech firms.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders.

Required skills
