Growth Product Manager - Stores Apparel

About the role

Trafilea is looking for a Growth Product Manager to lead the product roadmap for its apparel eCommerce stores. You will combine customer insights, data analysis, and rapid experimentation to boost conversion, revenue and customer retention across a portfolio of digitally native brands.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for apparel eCommerce stores, prioritising initiatives with the highest business impact.
• Identify growth opportunities through customer insights, analytics, market research and A/B testing.
• Lead conversion rate optimisation projects across the shopping journey, running experiments and measuring results.
• Collaborate with acquisition, retention, creative, engineering, data and UX teams to deliver seamless experiences.
• Translate business goals into product initiatives and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Monitor and optimise key metrics such as conversion rate, revenue, engagement and user experience.
• Drive continuous product innovation by spotting emerging trends, technologies and customer behaviours.
• Facilitate Agile product ceremonies and oversee execution from discovery to delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience in eCommerce, preferably apparel, retail or DTC brands.
• Proven track record of owning product roadmaps and delivering measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker or Tableau.
• Hands‑on experience with Shopify Plus, BigCommerce or similar eCommerce platforms.
• Expertise in conversion rate optimisation, experimentation and A/B testing.
