Growth Operator – Homeowner Acquisition (Remote)

About the role

Stayd is looking for a proactive Growth Operator to run and scale the homeowner acquisition engine across its eight short‑term rental brands. You will own daily campaign execution, leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, and ensure a steady flow of high‑quality leads.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, QA, and manage email, SMS, Meta and Google advertising campaigns for all brands.
• Duplicate winning assets, pause under‑performing ads, and continuously optimise cost and lead‑quality targets.
• Operate AI‑driven systems built by the Director, feeding data and extending functionality with tools such as Claude, Cursor and Codex.
• Supply paid‑media assets, audience lists and landing pages quickly; support organic growth through SEO, Google Business Profiles and local content.
• Maintain comprehensive tracking, tagging and reporting for every campaign.

Required profile

• Self‑starter who keeps the acquisition machine running without constant direction.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable improvement week over week.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote environment and collaborating across multiple brands.
