Growth Marketing Manager – Meta Ads

About the role

Trafilea, a consumer‑tech platform building an AI‑driven growth engine for digitally native brands, is seeking a data‑driven Growth Marketing Manager to own acquisition strategies across Meta Ads. You will lead performance across media channels, funnel optimisation and creative messaging to meet revenue, acquisition and profit targets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute media strategies with budgets above $1M / month to achieve acquisition and revenue goals.
• Optimise the full funnel—from ad creative to checkout and upsell—to maximise customer value and profitability.
• Drive creative strategy by product, audience and channel while ensuring brand consistency.
• Prioritise weekly/bi‑weekly improvements using a 20/80 framework.
• Lead upsell/downsell testing via proprietary one‑click funnel software.
• Monitor and optimise each step of the customer journey, from platform messaging through thank‑you page.

Required profile

• 5+ years developing and executing growth marketing strategies, preferably in e‑commerce or consumer products.
• Experience managing six‑figure monthly ad spend on Meta Ads.
• Strong ability to interpret consumer data to inform creative and media decisions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with creative, engineering and marketing teams.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable owning complex funnels from paid media setup to upsell flows.
