Growth Marketer – Retention (Apparel)

About the role

Trafilea is looking for a Growth Marketer focused on retention for its apparel brands. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle marketing engine, ensuring every automated journey delivers a personalized experience that drives engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise lifecycle campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications and WhatsApp.
• Build, segment, QA and schedule CRM campaigns and broadcasts directly in Klaviyo.
• Set up and maintain core automated journeys such as cart abandonment, post‑purchase, win‑back, welcome series and cross‑sell flows.
• Audit existing flows regularly, using AI tools and manual analysis to spot inefficiencies, broken logic or outdated content.
• Propose and implement improvements to increase conversion, customer lifetime value and overall journey performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience executing lifecycle marketing campaigns for e‑commerce or DTC brands.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess performance data and iterate quickly.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable acting as the final quality gate before any customer‑facing communication.
• Familiarity with automated journey architecture and best practices.
