Graphic Designer – Print & Layout (Remote, NGO)

About the role

We are seeking a production‑focused Graphic Designer to lead the print and layout channel for a global humanitarian organization. The role is fully remote and supports the communications team in creating high‑impact printed materials that convey the mission to donors and stakeholders worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce annual reports, brochures, and multi‑page publications.
• Own end‑to‑end layout and production of long‑form print projects.
• Prepare print‑ready files and coordinate with commercial print vendors.
• Create event collateral, web and email graphics, and infographics.
• Adapt and maintain brand guidelines across all materials.
• Build and manage reusable templates for recurring campaigns.
• Collaborate with communications, digital, and fundraising teams while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating multi‑page layout, print production, and brand‑consistent design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign (mandatory), Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Proven experience preparing print‑ready files and working with commercial printers.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Highly organized, deadline‑driven, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with WordPress is a plus; Arabic language or culturally relevant design experience is a bonus.
