Graphic Designer – In‑House Agency

About the role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our in‑house creative agency, supporting a global business intelligence company. The role involves creating and executing print, web, and digital assets that elevate our brand across multiple business divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce high‑quality print, web, and digital assets in line with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, designers, and writers to develop cohesive creative solutions.
• Leverage AI tools in the creative workflow to improve efficiency and innovation.
• Develop and deliver engaging presentations that communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
• Drive brand awareness across visual communication channels, including advertising, social media, and environmental design.
• Rapidly synthesize feedback and iterate on designs to meet business objectives.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with enthusiasm, integrity, and a passion for storytelling.
• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience and a strong portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction or a related field.
• Ability to move from concept to systematic design execution while maintaining visual identity.
• Excellent conceptual thinking and a desire to generate innovative designs.
