Graphic Designer for Paid Social

About the role

Petsmont, a fast‑growing pet wellness brand, is seeking a Graphic Designer specialized in paid social to create high‑performing static ads for Meta and related channels. The role focuses on direct‑response ecommerce creative that captures attention, communicates offers clearly, and drives conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Design static ads, carousel and story assets for Meta, turning briefs into high‑converting visuals.
• Create both polished branded assets and native‑feeling UGC‑style creatives.
• Develop multiple fresh iterations of winning concepts for testing.
• Support creative testing by producing variations of hooks, layouts, headlines and visual directions.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate concepting, image generation and visual exploration while applying strong design judgment.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist and broader team, incorporate feedback quickly, and maintain organized files and version control.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing paid social ads for Meta, preferably for DTC or ecommerce brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing static ad work and direct‑response design principles.
• Ability to work quickly, produce multiple variations from a single concept, and meet overlapping hours with Spain business time.
• Fluent English for remote collaboration.
