Graduate Sales Development Representative (Remote, Canada)

About the role

Canonical is looking for a motivated graduate to join its Sales Development team on a remote basis in Canada. You will work closely with regional sales and marketing colleagues to identify and qualify new business opportunities for Ubuntu and other open‑source solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via email, phone and chat.
• Execute outbound sales and marketing campaigns to generate leads.
• Travel to events and conferences worldwide to represent Canonical and create face‑to‑face opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across sales, marketing and product teams.
• Research prospective customers, identify market trends and build a multi‑million‑pound pipeline.
• Define and improve team processes and policies.
• Liaise with new and existing customers, set up meetings and map accounts for new opportunities.
• Maintain and nurture leads in the global CRM system.
