Global Trainee – Internal Audit or Quality (Olivos, Argentina)

About the role

Join Grupo Bimbo’s Global Trainee Program and start your career with purpose. You will rotate across key functions of the world’s leading baking and snack company, gaining hands‑on experience in either Global Internal Audit or Quality & Food Safety.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through different business areas, including procurement, production, distribution, sales, finance, technology and corporate functions.
• Support internal audit projects covering financial, operational, IT and compliance risks across multiple countries.
• Assist quality and food‑safety teams on‑site, ensuring traceability, compliance with national and international standards, and product integrity from origin to delivery.
• Participate in international projects and develop a global perspective on risk management and quality assurance.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability starting September 2026.
• Willingness to relocate within Argentina and travel as needed.
• Graduation date between January 2023 and September 2026.
• Advanced to fluent English proficiency.
• Availability to work Monday through Saturday with flexible shift rotations.

Required skills

• Academic background in Public Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering or related fields.
