Global Service Desk Specialist

About the role

Join Teladoc Health’s Global Service Desk team and provide technical assistance to employees worldwide. You will support both PC and Mac environments, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network resources.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot PC and Mac hardware.
• Deploy and support desktop software for local and remote users.
• Provide end‑user desktop support and problem solving.
• Track hardware and software changes and maintain accurate inventory.
• Create and update FAQs, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to Helpdesk Technicians and provide guidance.
• Set up, support, and maintain in‑house and remote computer systems, desktops, and laptops.
• Communicate issue status and resolutions to stakeholders promptly.
• Participate in after‑hours and weekend coverage as needed.

Required profile

• Experience with PC/Mac configuration and general network operating systems.
• Understanding of network topologies and protocols.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with macOS and mobile device peripherals.
• Ability to create clear technical documentation.
