Functional Analyst/Web Developer – Portal Apps Services

About the role

Avature is looking for a Functional Analyst/Web Developer to design, configure and implement Portal Apps solutions that meet real customer needs. The role blends web development, technical consulting and project ownership, with direct interaction with customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business and UX requirements and translate them into functional Portal Apps using Avature’s platform.
• Design and build scalable, maintainable web solutions with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and, when required, PHP.
• Configure and tailor solutions using reusable templates and best‑practice components.
• Own smaller projects end‑to‑end, from scope definition through implementation, deployment and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Communicate proactively with customers and globally distributed teammates, managing expectations and feedback.
• Support customers during go‑live, address technical issues and continuously improve existing Portal Apps.

Required profile

• Solid foundation in web programming with experience in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Interest in working directly with customers and participating in solution definition.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and collaborative skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Willingness to learn and adapt, including familiarity with AI tools applied to software development.
