Fullstack Developer & Technical Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead to design, develop, modernize, and support enterprise applications for clinical protocol authoring and management. The role combines hands‑on development with technical leadership to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade web applications using modern front‑end (React, Angular, Vue) and back‑end technologies (Java/Spring Boot.NET, Node.js, Python).
• Contribute to architecture, service decomposition, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
• Build and optimize relational and non‑relational data models, queries, and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Apply secure coding practices, implement authentication/authorization (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, RBAC), and ensure auditability and data integrity.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, containerization, cloud‑native deployments, monitoring, and observability.

Required profile

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in Life Sciences or regulated industries.
• Strong background in full‑stack development, API design, and micro‑services architecture.
• Experience working in Agile, cross‑functional, and geographically distributed teams.
