TurFresh, the market leader in artificial turf cleaning, is seeking a dedicated inbound sales professional to join its remote team. This full‑time role focuses on converting inbound homeowner inquiries into satisfied customers while delivering a premium, relationship‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads from homeowners into customers, often closing on the first or second contact.
• Reactivate existing customers and upsell maintenance plans.
• Maintain high‑volume follow‑up to ensure appointments are dispatched and fulfilled.
• Provide a seamless, customer‑first experience from initial inquiry through service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and confidence on phone calls.
• Ability to work quickly and meet high performance standards.
• Commitment to long‑term, full‑time employment rather than project or freelance work.
• Comfort with remote work serving U.S. time zones (Pacific, Central, Eastern) and occasional weekend coverage.
