About the role

TurFresh, the market leader in artificial turf cleaning, is looking for a high‑performing inbound sales professional to join its remote team. You will work full‑time as a contractor, converting inbound leads from homeowners into satisfied customers and recurring maintenance plans.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound leads, estimate requests, and web inquiries.
• Handle inbound calls professionally and re‑engage past customers.
• Convert one‑time sales into maintenance plans where appropriate.
• Maintain strong close rates and consistent follow‑up.
• Build trust with homeowners through consultative selling.
• Accurately track pipeline and communications in the CRM.
• Ensure speed‑to‑lead and robust pipeline management.

Required profile

• Proven experience closing inbound sales.
• Fluent, professional‑level English with strong phone presence.
• Authentic personality capable of building rapid trust.
• Comfortable representing a premium brand and selling on value.
• High sense of urgency, organized, and self‑managed in a remote setting.
• Background in home services or high‑volume inbound phone sales.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel (GHL), Jobber, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
