Full-Stack AI Engineer – AI Development Team

About the role

Improvado is looking for a Full‑Stack AI Engineer to join its AI‑focused development team. You will work on core product features and AI agents within a data‑intensive marketing analytics SaaS platform, taking ownership from concept through production.

Key responsibilities

• Use modern AI tooling (Claude, Claude Code, prompt engineering, agentic coding) to accelerate development, write tests and optimise complex problems.
• Design, build and scale reliable AI agents that integrate with the platform.
• Develop and maintain back‑end services with Node.js (and optionally Python/Java) and front‑end interfaces using Next.js, React and TypeScript.
• Improve system scalability, reliability and performance for large‑volume data processing.
• Write and maintain automated tests, ensure clean and well‑documented code.
• Collaborate with UX designers and product owners to deliver intuitive user experiences.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues and contribute to overall codebase improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tooling such as Claude, Claude Code, prompt engineering and agentic coding environments.
• Strong front‑end expertise in TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS and Webpack.
• Solid back‑end skills in Node.js; experience with Python or Java is a plus.
• Experience building large‑scale, distributed systems and working with PostgreSQL and ClickHouse.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, fast‑paced startup environments and taking ownership of end‑to‑end features.
