FSP Clinical Trial Coordinator II

About the role

Join a global team supporting leading pharmaceutical companies and biotechs as a Clinical Trial Coordinator. You will provide administrative and technical support, act as a cross‑functional liaison, and help onboard and train new staff.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee trial activities according to the task matrix, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain study documentation, including eTMF updates, investigator files, and regulatory documents.
• Provide system support for GoBalto, eTMF and other clinical trial databases.
• Process documents, perform mass mailings, schedule meetings and record minutes.
• Track project metrics, vendor trackers, and study‑specific translation materials.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in clinical trial coordination.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent English and local language proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with GoBalto and eTMF systems.
• Ability to learn and use clinical trial database systems.
