Founding Team Member Capital Formation

About the role

R-daniel.ai is seeking a founding team member to lead institutional fundraising for its Series A round and future capital raises. The role will be the primary face of the company with investors, customers, and partners, with the potential to evolve into a C‑level position after a successful raise.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end capital formation strategy for a $10‑20M Series A and subsequent rounds.
• Develop and refine the investment narrative, pitch deck, financial model, and data room for institutional investors.
• Leverage and expand a network of Tier‑1 VCs and strategic partners to secure warm introductions and build a syndicate in enterprise AI/SaaS.
• Lead outreach, partner meetings, term‑sheet negotiations, and closing activities.

Required profile

• Proven track record raising institutional venture capital (Seed to Series B) as a CEO, founder, or C‑suite executive in a venture‑backed tech company.
• Established relationships with Tier‑1 venture capital firms and strategic investors in enterprise AI, SaaS, data, or analytics.
• Leadership experience building high‑performing teams and scaling organizations.
• Deep understanding of applied AI and how distribution, workflow integration, and UX create value.
• High‑ownership operator comfortable working in ambiguous, resource‑constrained environments.
