Forward Deployed Engineer – Creative AI (100% Remote)

About the role

AllShore Talent partners with growing organizations to build technology and consulting teams, connecting skilled professionals with long-term engagements. This 100% remote role requires all three capabilities in one person: building and shipping production software, understanding professional creative workflows at an expert level, and leading unscripted demonstrations for senior executives at major enterprise organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Embed with large enterprise customers to build AI-powered creative production solutions.
• Own engagements from discovery through production deployment, adoption and renewal.
• Turn customer challenges into scalable, full-stack systems that deliver measurable business value.
• Build and ship production code regularly, and develop automated, multi-step creative workflows and pipelines.
• Lead live, unscripted demonstrations for executive audiences, including CMOs and CTOs.
• Drive customer adoption and help turn successful implementations into renewals or expanded engagements.
• Operate independently and take full ownership of customer outcomes, delivering production solutions rather than short-term prototypes.

Required profile

• 7-10 years of experience building and shipping production software.
• Strong full-stack engineering experience with recent, hands-on production coding.
• Deep professional mastery of at least one creative platform (e.g., Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Substance 3D).
• Experience presenting complex technical solutions to senior enterprise executives and turning those presentations into adoption, renewals or expanded engagements.
• A public portfolio or verifiable examples of shipped work showing both engineering and creative expertise; candidates without a portfolio cannot be considered.
• Ability to independently own an engagement from discovery through deployment and adoption.

Required skills

• Multi-step automated workflows or pipelines with tools such as ComfyUI or n8n.
• Pluses: enterprise generative AI or creative automation platforms, creative production workflow builders or brand intelligence solutions, industry experience in healthcare, financial services or media, DevOps experience.
