Fleet Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and results‑driven Fleet Sales Manager to lead the development of our fleet business in Argentina. You will play a pivotal role in expanding BYD’s presence in the B2B automotive market and accelerating the shift toward sustainable mobility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full fleet sales cycle, from business development to customer relationship management.
• Design and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed fleet sales targets.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with government entities, corporate clients, and key accounts.
• Coordinate with delivery, after‑sales, and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and drive growth within the fleet sector.
• Prepare and submit accurate documentation for government bids.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet or automotive B2B sales, preferably in the Argentine market.
• Proven track record of managing corporate accounts and achieving sales goals.
• Strong knowledge of fleet leasing, procurement, and client relationship management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient English (mandatory).
• Experience with electric vehicles or sustainable mobility solutions is a strong plus.
• Strategic thinker with solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.
