Financial Due Diligence Manager – Deals Advisory

About the role

Join PwC's Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Deals Financial Due Diligence Manager. You will lead due‑diligence engagements for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, providing strategic advice and ensuring high‑quality analysis for diverse clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial due‑diligence workstreams, assessing quality of earnings, cash flows and key deal issues.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, execution and delivery to meet client expectations.
• Guide teams in financial modeling, forecasting and valuation techniques.
• Collaborate with clients and cross‑functional deal teams to identify value‑maximising opportunities.
• Address conflicts, lead critical stakeholder conversations and ensure information security compliance.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, FCA or CFA.
• Fluent oral and written English.
