Finance Cost Analyst

About the role

The Managed Services Costing Analyst will be a key contributor within the NCR Atleos Finance and Global Pricing organization, supporting financial decision‑making and costing activities across Managed Services and ATMaaS offerings. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and enhancing cost models that underpin pricing strategies and deal structuring.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed cost models and standardized assumptions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Solution Management and other stakeholders to gather inputs and validate assumptions.
• Partner with Deal Desk teams to provide reliable cost inputs for global customer opportunities.
• Conduct analysis to identify performance improvement, cost‑structure optimisation and profitability enhancement opportunities.
• Communicate financial and operational trends, highlighting key insights, risks and recommended actions.
• Support ongoing efforts to standardise and improve global costing frameworks and data quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, costing, pricing or similar roles.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical rigor and structured problem‑solving.
• Effective communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders.
• Proactive, self‑driven mindset with the ability to manage priorities independently.
• Collaborative approach in a cross‑functional environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience working with large datasets and building structured financial models.
