Finance & Accounting Supervisor

About the role

Nordson is looking for a Finance & Accounting Supervisor to lead and develop its accounting, tax, cash‑flow, accounts payable and receivable teams. The role ensures accurate US GAAP reporting, supports external financial stakeholders and drives process automation to improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide training, guidance and work direction to team members across accounting, tax, cash‑flow, AP and AR.
• Assist with internal and external audits, financial metrics and reporting.
• Review, streamline and automate accounting processes.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP reporting timelines and deliver accurate financial statements.
• Oversee regulatory, tax and financial obligations for the business unit.
• Support external financial stakeholders and contribute to audit readiness.
• Analyze data to inform operational decisions for the finance team.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Business Administration with an accounting focus or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong integrity, ability to manage sensitive information and adapt in a dynamic, growth‑oriented setting.
