Field Service Engineer

About the role

The Field Service Engineer will work on‑site across Argentina, installing, commissioning and maintaining client equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability. This full‑time position involves direct interaction with customers, providing technical support and contributing to service process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission and configure equipment at client locations.
• Diagnose technical issues, perform corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Provide on‑site technical support and guidance to customers.
• Document service activities and advise clients on proper equipment use.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
• Manage service requests and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes.

Required profile

• Strong field service experience with on‑site installation, configuration and maintenance.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
• Solid technical support skills and clear communication with customers.
• Experience planning and executing preventive maintenance.
• Relevant technical education (degree or diploma in engineering, electronics, mechanics or related field).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and use diagnostic tools.
• Willingness to travel throughout Argentina and work independently.
• Basic proficiency with digital tools for reporting and scheduling.
